Thank you for booking a session! Please read these terms carefully before your session. By scheduling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

    •    Sessions are coaching services and are not therapy, medical, or mental health treatment.

    •    Coaching focuses on goal-setting, clarity, personal growth, and actionable strategies.

    •    Please consult a licensed professional for mental health treatments and support.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

    •    Sessions are booked in advance via the scheduling link provided.

    •    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 business day in advance.

    •    Sessions canceled with less than 1 business day’s notice may forfeit the session fee.

3. Payment & Refunds

    •    Payment is collected upfront through Stripe.

    •    Sessions are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

    •    Coaching sessions are confidential.

    •    However, coaching is not legally privileged, and you are responsible for any personal decisions made during or after sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

    •    By participating in coaching sessions, you understand that results are not guaranteed.

    •    The coach is not responsible for outcomes based on your choices, actions, or decisions following the session.

    •    You agree to release and hold harmless the coach from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in coaching sessions.

6. Agreement

    •    By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
